POD= Picture of the Day
I got to go to what may have been the best conference session I have ever listened to in my life.
My prayers were answered in such a tender way about my most personal concerns. Tears were definitely shed and I feel so edified. If I didn't know before that my Heavenly Father loved me personally, I definitely know now.
Anyways, back to the picture.
This is HOTROD, aka Elder Rodney Ames, aka one of my best friends from high school.
He's serving in one of the Salt Lake missions and I ran into him today. As if I wasn't already having a wonderful day...this just made it 10X better. We kept saying over and over again, "I just want to give you a big fat hug!!!!" but alas...missionaries aren't allowed to touch girls. This was probably the most awkward picture we've ever taken together but I still love it. He gets home in a month! Yay for missionaries!
And yay for today [I got to spend it with some of my best friends too!]
Today is definitely worthy of a big fat WOO HOO!!!
