Dear Ryan,
Today I was missing you a whole lot. So I decided to pull up a playlist you had made on my computer. The first song that came on was "Sexy Can I?". It brought a huge grin to my face as I pictured you singing it to me in the car last summer. It's amazing to me how much a song can take you back, or even in some cases, it helps me feel closer to you. We have made a lot of memories to different songs. Can you remember all of them?
Let me refresh your memory.
**
Viva la Vida by Coldplay: Remember when you blasted this song on our way home from our 2nd date, and I put you to the "awkward silence" test? I told you that if we could be silent for more than a minute and it wasn't awkward, then we could keep dating. Guess it wasn't too awkward....:)

More time by Needtobreathe: We listened to this song in your car for the first time, and we really liked it because it talked about needing more time together and we were about to leave to our seperate colleges- 1,000 miles away from eachother. Do you remember on our way up to drop you off at school, when we stopped at that random gas station so I could go potty, and we heard this song on the radio in the gas station? We both laughed and cried a little because of the coincidence.

Benny and the Jets by Elton John: This came on the radio one day (we were in your car...again) and we sang our hearts out to it. It was then that I realized that you were not only my sweet boyfriend, but my best friend.

Glass of Water by Coldplay: On our way into Vegas this past April, we got stuck in a traffic jam. You were super mad. So we rolled down all the windows, and BLARED this song. It both got us pumped for our fun adventures in Vegas. We played it everytime we got in the car that weekend. Not only is it a good song, but it reminds me of a weekend where I fell even more in love with you.

Still the One by Shania Twain: When we were both home from our first year of college this past May I came up with a graaaand idea. This may be cheesy, but I wanted to dance with you....slow dance! You weren't too thrilled with it ...."You want me to dance with you...in the middle of your living room???" is what you said. But you humored me anyways. Guess what song we danced to? We didn't make it through the song before we had to sit down and cry. We knew that you were going to be leaving soon.
I hope I can dance with you to this song, and many more when you get home.
Love, Me.
