Date night

For my birthday in January my roommates stole one of the pictures Ryan has sent me from his mission (it's the best one where he rolled up his pant legs and placed a guitar in front so it looks like he's....you know) and they blew it up into this huge poster of him.
It was one of the top 3 presents I've ever received (behind a toy moose that poops jellybeans and a pretty ring from a pretty boy)
Ry Ry's big 2-0 is coming in 2 weeks.
"Ryan, what do you want for you birthday? What do you need?"
"Nothing. And I'm sick of candy."
***
Soooo obviously, I had to get a little creative.
Here's what I came up with:
Tape the poster my roommates made me to my friend's head and have her be Ryan's arms and legs so that I can take RY RY OUT ON A DATE!

First stop:
In N Out!
We came back to my apartment to eat it by candlelight. Can you say romanticcc?!

Sharing a shake like old times.

I "baked" him some "birthday cookies." (thanks chipsahoy for havin my back)

Perfection

My accomplices (thanks B and C!!)
We also sang him "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" on a tape recorder.
We might send it into American Idol.

Here let me get those for ya.

He's mentioned a couple of times how much he's missed basketball! Sooo we played!
Look at my cute little balla (those are his actual shorts).

Action shot

Duke just won the National Championship on Monday.
Duke is Ryan's FAVORITE college team.
Just representin' for my shuga. (I'm wearing his DUKE shirt)

Next stop: Movies!

I'm not really sure what's going on

Got a little scary

Gooooodnight kiss!

I had a BLAST doing this and I hope (he BETTER) enjoy it too!
Plus I got In N Out and saw a movie with great friends and I got to pretend like I had my boyfriend back for a night.
What more could a girl ask for?
Besides maybe a new pair of silvers and a puppy.
(click on the that puppy link if you want to be happy)

That is one cute puppy!! So funny, love the idea. I think he will get a good laugh out of it and that is probably what he needs more than anything. Great Jarrb there Whitney!
